Born on 22.11.1922 in Riga, Latvia, he was arrested in Tashkent, in 1945, on charges of Zionist propaganda. He spent 6 years in various camps in the Gulag in Siberia. Released in 1951, he escaped to Israel in 1969. He died in 1983. Remember & Save Association websites
