Born on the 18th of August 1946 in Kishinev into a traditional Jewish family, he graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic University in 1969. On the 23rd of July, 1970, he was arrested and tried at the Kishinev trial in June 1971 where he was sentenced to 2.5 years of high-security imprisonment. Remember & Save website
