Born in 1905, in Lithuania, a medical doctor by profession. Was a member of the command center in charge of gathering military personnel. Arrested in 1943, sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment in a concentration camp. During his years at the camp, he was accused of inciting a group of inmates to escape, was put on trial a second time, condemned to death and executed in April of 1946.
